The theme of 2020 Keelung Ciao is ‘The Day of the Sea’. From the perspective of the timeline, it brought out the past, present and future of ZhengBin Fishing Port with art, documentation, social participation and other methods. By taking ‘time’ as an artistic practice, we explored the possibility of local development and the internalization of self-reflection. And through different ways of perception, memory, retention, etc., we pieced together the contemporary port culture with layers, and also outlined the context of the collective memory of the fishing port’s past, showing Keelung's unique and rich cultural identity. 2020潮藝術以「海的一日」為題，從時間軸角度切入，運用藝術、紀錄、社會參與等方式，帶出正濱漁港的過去、現在與未來，將「時間」做為藝術實踐的重要對象，探索在地發展的可能性以及自我反思的內化，並透過感知、記憶、滯留等不同途徑，拼湊出不同層次的當代港都文化，也勾勒出漁港過往集體記憶的脈絡，展現屬於基隆特有的豐富層次與文化認同。
